Event Summary

Step back in time and relive the historic moments along White Pole Road. Journey with Polk County Conservation as we visit the site of the first train robbery in the West by infamous Jesse James. Rediscover the site of the Bonnie and Clyde shoot out, visit the Round house in Dexter and the restored Historic All Saints Building in Stuart. Lunch will be served at the popular Menlo Café. The tour will also stop at Freedom Rock and the Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Fee: $45; includes motorcoach transportation, lunch, and tour fees. Departure from Valley West Mall in West Des Moines, SE parking lot.
No refunds will be given after the registration deadline, unless PCC needs to cancel or your spot can be filled by someone on our waiting list.
