Boone River Canoe Trip

Event Summary

Join us as we canoe down the Boone River. During the mid-1800’s, several mills were in operation along the river. The remains of a few mills can still be seen today. We’ll set in the river at Albright’s Canoe Access and canoe 7.5 miles downstream to the Tunnel Mill Access. Access points subject to change based on river conditions. Naturalists will guide participants down the river. Bring food and drink. Prior canoe experience is required.

Fee: $25; includes transportation and canoes. Departure from Jester Park. Minimum age 10. Registration deadline is June 11.
