Explore the healing path of Shinrin Yoku or Japanese Forest bathing with Brandy Case Haub, a certified forest guide.  This mindful walk will invite you to use your senses to enhance your well-being.

This class will meet at Yellow Banks park Shelter 2.

Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.

Pre-registration required; deadline is May 14.
