There is a shower house / restroom along with a trash dumpster just a walk away at the center of the camping area. Water hydrant located in the camp area in front of the shower house.

Fees

Non-Electric Camping Rate: $20/per night

Capacity: maximum number of people allowed to camp at site is 6 people.

Reservations are required and may be made up to ONE YEAR in advance.

Summer Hours: 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Winter Hours: Sunrise to sunset  

Upon entering park after hours, vehicle may be stopped by ranger requesting their campsite number and name of the party registered to the site.

·         Reservations are required for all sites.

·         Water and modern restroom/shower facilities are guaranteed to be open 4/15-10/15. These facilities may open earlier and stay open later depending on weather conditions.

·         Gravel roads in camp areas are closed to vehicular traffic. Shower house is closed. 

 

In the case of inclement weather (ice/severe snow), please contact the ranger at 515-250-1031 for status/gate closure updates prior to booking.
