Event Summary

Get in the Valentine's Day spirit with Families Love Nature at Hitchcock Nature Center on Saturday, February 11th. Join us at the park from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. & enjoy crafts, activities, guided hikes and much more as you and your family discover all kinds of things to love about nature!

To ensure proper staffing & program supplies pre-registration is requested and strongly recommended.  Register online for this all ages event or call (712) 545-3283 to register by phone. 

There is no fee for this event, free will donations are encouraged and will be accepted to support continued programming opportunities in Pottawattamie County. All attendees will need a valid Pottawattamie County Parks annual permit or will need to purchase a $2.00 per vehicle daily entrance pass to enter the park. Daily passes may be purchased with cash at the park gate or you may purchase your annual permit at the Loess Hills Lodge welcome desk during regular business hours.

This all ages event is family friendly but not pet friendly, please leave your canine friends at home. Service animals are welcome as always.
