This small covered shelter is located in the south section of the park and overlooks the Missouri River with views of the Omaha skyline. Nearby access to restrooms, playground equipment, & water make this the perfect spot for your next event. When not reserved, the shelter is available on a first come first serve basis.
Please understand at the time of booking your reservation that you immediately prohibit other people from reserving and utilizing that facility - they therefore go elsewhere to locate a facility for that date. We will observe a NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION policy with the following exceptions:

The park is open seasonally, April through October - Weather & River Conditions Permitting
May through September hours are 6:30am to 10:30pm
April and October hours are sunrise to sunset
We, the undersigned, being 21 years of age or older and desiring to entertain ourselves and others at the area listed above AGREE TO:
1. Leave the site used in the same condition as found2. Clean up what debris and litter may be deposited during our stay within the time period agreed to3. Pay a cleaning fee of up to $100 for failing to clean the site to a condition that is as good or better than the condition in which it was received4. Be responsible for any damages done to property within the area by us or our guests 5. Ensure compliance with Iowa Law respecting the possession of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age 6. Not to interfere with other’s use of park facilities 7. Abide by all rules and regulations and all laws of this state
8. Plastic confetti and glitter is banned. Biodegradable confetti may be used as long as it is cleaned up before leaving the facility.
Date Changes
All date changes must be made by calling the Park Ranger at (402) 490-1290. Recognize that we must first administratively cancel your existing online reservation, and then create a second reservation for the new date. An Administrative Fee of $25.00 will be assessed to complete this transaction. Please consider this procedure prior to making your initial reservation. (NOTE: Date changes will not be allowed within two weeks of the scheduled reservation)
