Join us for food, drinks and fun on Sunday, July 31st at Noon for a concert in the park with William Borg Schmitt. William is making his 99 county tour in Iowa this summer, providing a blend of original and folk songs and entertainment. William was born and raised in Madison County, Iowa. For 10 years he led the Midwestern rock band Funk G, performing hundreds of concerts across the country with his friends. Since then, he has been on and off the grid, spending extended periods of time with nature and sleeping beneath the stars. After hiking 4,000 miles up the eastern and western parts of the United States, he is focusing his energy on sharing the songs and stories he picked up along the way. A free will donation for the concert and food will be set up to help fundraise for the Dragoon Trace Nature Center.
