    Cancellation Policy

    Hagge Park Shelterhouse reservation fees are non-refundable. In the event you cancel your reservation (at least 30 days prior to your reservation) you will be issued credit, which may be used on another available date within the same calendar year.  You will need to call our office at 712-662-4530 to change the date of your reservation. 

    Refund Policy

    Hagge Park Shelterhouse reservation fees are non-refundable. The rental fee will be refunded in full when a cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond your control. (Fire, natural disaster, damage to facility, etc.)

    Large enclosed shelterhouse reservable for gatherings such as graduations, family reunions, meetings and picnics.

    Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 07:00 AM and check-out is before 10:00 PM.

    Fees

    There is a $75 fee per day, per reservation for reserving the shelter house.

    If you are an organized youth or conservation group, please call the office to inquire about reservations.
