    Cancellation Policy

    Reiff Park Shelterhouse reservation fee is non-refundable. In the event that you must cancel your reservation (at least 30 days in advance) you will be issued a credit, which may be used within the same calendar year. You will need to call our office at 712-662-4530 to change the date of your reservation.

    Refund Policy

    Reiff Park Shelterhouse rental fee is non-refundable. The rental fee will be refunded in full when a cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond your control. (Fire, natural disaster, damage to facility, etc.)

    *** NOTICE *** Reiff Park's water source is provided by the City of Early. Currently the City of Early is under a Drinking Water Advisory. Please click this link and scroll to the bottom under "Important Information" for the most up to date information: City of Early Water Advisory 

    Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 07:00 AM and check-out is before 10:00 PM.

    Location Located one and 1/2 miles south of Early, Iowa on Highway 71.

    Fees

    There is a $75 fee per day, per reservation for reserving the shelter house.

    If you are an organized youth or conservation group, please call the office to inquire about reservations.
