TEAM Day - Volunteer Trails Work Day

Event Summary

Join us for the final volunteer TEAM (Trails Enhancement and Maintenance) Day at Christiansen Forest Preserve on Sunday, Nov. 3!  

Very generous volunteers from a local construction company recently spent time installing a new trail bridge at Christiansen Forest Preserve, connecting the trail where the previous bridge had existed several years ago. With this new connection means the back half of the trail, roughly 1/4 mile, has not been maintained in several seasons.  

This TEAM Day will focus on restoring this section of trail! No prior trail work or special skills are required.
