Walk the Trails!

Event Summary

Join Environmental Education Coordinator Jerry Keys as we walk the trails in your county parks. This is a great opportunity to explore new places, meet new hiking pals, and have the opportunity to ask nature or park-related questions. These hikes are for ages 16 and up.

Trails:             

Tuesday, April 9: Hickory Grove Park, Colo IA (3 miles) Meet at beach parking area

Tuesday, April 16: Jim Ketelsen Greenwing Marsh (1.5 miles)

Tuesday, April 23: East Peterson Park (1.5 miles)

Tuesday, April 30: Osheim Prairie & Slough Preserve (approx. 1 mile)

Tuesday, May 7:  McFarland Park 2.5 (3 miles)

Tuesday, May 14: Christiansen Forest Preserve (1 mile)

Tuesday, May 21: Robinson Wildlife Acres (2-2.5 Miles)
