Summer Solstice Celebration

Event Summary

It’s almost the summer solstice! Bring the family outdoors for a walk through the woods as the sun sets on one of the longest days of the year. During our evening hike, we will do some activities to learn about nocturnal animals. As participants return from their hike, they can relax by a campfire. A celebration isn’t complete without a treat, so there will be s’mores ingredients available.  Freewill donation for s'mores. 

*Accessibility: The hike will take place on both paved and unpaved trails. Some trails in the woods may be uneven or muddy

Participants may want to bring bug spray and dress in layers. There will be a campfire after the hike. Participants can choose to bring their own s’more making ingredients if that is of interest to them. 

Unless otherwise stated, refunds can be issued less a $5.00 processing fee per event for cancellations prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be made after the registration deadline.
