Here is a chance to gain basics instructions to learn kayaking, and then take a tour of Peterson Lake with a naturalist as your guide. Paddlers will have the option to stay with the naturalist, or paddle around the lake on their own. Spots are limited and registration and pre-payment is required. Participants must have the physical ability to get in and out of a kayak, and paddle on their own. Wear clothes and shoes that can get wet; sunscreen, bugspray, and sunglasses recommended. All kayaks, paddles, and pfds are provided.
For ages 14+ only
Register by July 29th at 4 pm.
Unless otherwise stated, refunds can be issued less a
$5.00 processing fee per event for cancellations prior to the registration
deadline. No refunds will be made after the registration deadline. To cancel a
