Event Summary

Led by Outdoor Alliance of Story County and co-sponsored by Story County Conservation, come hike with us! Cold, wind, snow, and ice are all possible encounters during a Winter Hike; unless otherwise notified, the hikes go on as long as the roads are safe to drive. We may, however, wrap things up earlier than 3:30 PM under harsh conditions. Please leave your dog at home where it is warm for these winter hikes.

All hikes would normally end with a “picnic” of shared food, but because of COVID-19, it would be best to bring your own treats or store-bought, individually packaged treats.

Contact info@oasco.org or Story County Conservation for more information.

For this hike, meet in the parking area on the NE side of the South Skunk River Bridge.
