Weedin' Out Wednesdays

Event Summary

Help us weed our conservation areas! Every Wednesday we will be pulling garlic mustard or using hand tools to cut honeysuckle -- two invasive plants that are taking the place of more valuable native plants. Work locations are to be determined as the weather plays a role in plant emergence; we'll email you the location the week prior.

Registration is required at this link: https://cerv.is/m?0342gVAhp7U; sign up by the Sunday before each week’s event. Participants ages 15 and under need an adult present.

We'll supply the tools, but be prepared with the following:

• Be dressed to be outside and working
• Bring a water bottle
• Bring your own gloves if you would like (we'll have extras)
• Bring a face covering (we'll have extras) as they are required if physical distancing isn't possible
