OWLS – The Brenton Arboretum: Past, Present, and Future by Melissa Burdick, Executive Director

Story County Conservation Center, Story County

Thursday, December 2, 2021

Nestled in the heart of Dallas County farmland, The Brenton Arboretum is one of Iowa’s premier botanical collections. Join us for an exploration of The Brenton Arboretum from pioneer farming days, to a seed of an idea in founder Buz Brenton’s imagination, to the stunning cultural attraction it is today. Plus, enjoy a sneak peek at the exciting projects in store for the future of the Arboretum with a glimpse at the newly updated master plan. Any age is welcome to come, but the program is more focused towards adults.

These free programs are held the first Thursday of the month from 10:30 to 11:30 AM.  Doors open at 10:00 AM for coffee/tea and chatting.
