The tent camp area at Otter Creek Lake and Park is located in the southwest portion of the park along a timbered ridge. The scenic oak timber provides plenty of welcome shade during the warm summer months. Eighteen tent sites are offered with some of the sites large enough to accomodate several tents. One fire ring is provided for each tent camp site. A vault restroom is provided in the tent section. Water hydrants are scattered through the camp area. Tent campers may use the showerhouse located in the RV camp section which requires a drive to reach the showerhouse. The tent camping area is approximately 150 yards from the lake which can be accessed by foot on trails through the timber or by driving to one of several parking lots adjacent to the lake. All camp sites are offered on a first come, first served basis. We do not have the ability to reserve camp sites.
