Event Summary

Select locations will be participating in the 2025 Spring Shop About sponsored by the Historic Hills Scenic Byway. Come see what Eldon and the rest of the communities on the byway have to offer! Maps are available HERE.

The American Gothic House Center's gift shop will be open 10 am- 4 pm  on both Friday and Saturday for this event. There is no charge to come into the gift shop.

Special events at the Center:

  • American Gothic House interior will be OPEN from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday April 12th
  • Michael Zahs’ private collection of original Grant Wood pieces of art are on display
  • Special merchandise sales during the event
  • Purchases $10 and over receive a FREE custom AGHC wristband! (while supplies last)
