NO PREREGISTRATION NECESSARY. PHOTO CONTEST STARTS DECEMBER 2021 AND GOES THROUGH SEPTEMBER 2022.

How can you show off your skills, get the fresh air your body needs, and do good for your community all at the same time? Participate in this year's "Wapello County Conservation Photo Contest!"

Photo categories are:

 1. Wildlife 

2. Landscape 

3. People in the Parks

Stay tuned: In the spring newsletter we will announce a date and time for judging and showing of all entries. These details can be found at: https://www.mycountyparks.com/County/Wapello.aspx when you click on Voices from the Ridge.

To submit your photos, either bring a signed copy to the nature center or email it to PhotoContestWCCB@hotmail.com by September 16th at 4:00 p.m. You can submit one photo per category. Once your photo is submitted you are agreeing that Wapello County Conservation will be able to use it for promotion of our parks. Photos can be from the previous year as long as they were taken in a Wapello County Park.

Photos from the American Gothic House can be submitted under "People in the Parks" category!
