Event Summary

A free workshop for beginning skiers ready to explore the winter outdoors. Cross country skiing is an active stimulus for both the mind and body and it is easy to learn. Participants will be instructed indoors then invited to ski on the trails at the Annett Nature Center. Reservations are required if you need skis. Call 515/961-6169 to register.
The Warren County Conservation Board has Cross Country Skis for rent at the Annett Nature Center most weekends. Rental fees, paid in advance, for a complete package are $10/weekend plus a $10 deposit.
