Have you always wanted to try turkey hunting? Join Warren County Conservation for our annual Turkey Hunting & Safety Seminar! Weather you’re a novice hunter and a season hunter looking for more information, people of all ages and experience levels are welcome to attend. WCCB Staff along with Iowa DNR Wildlife Biologist Jim Coffey and Iowa DNR Conservation Officer Craig Cutts will teach you all about the sport of hunting of wild turkey. We will discuss all aspects including equipment, safety, biology, laws, ethics, calling, field dressing and hunting techniques. Bring your turkey calls to participate in our “hands on” calling session. Lunch will be provided. The workshop fee is $10.
