Kids Fish Day

Event Summary

Celebrate Free Fishing weekend and have some fishing fun with us!  Iowa residents do not need a fishing license to participate in this workshop, so bring the kids out and stay yourself to learn the art of fishing. Participants will learn the proper way to tie knots, cast and fish safely. There will be awards and door prizes given out as well as a hot dog luncheon following the fishing. If you bring a plain T-shirt we will also decorate it with a special design while you fish. It’s FREE — join us. A fishing license is not required for participants (adults & children) at Kid’s Fish Day. You may register at www.warrenccb.org/kidsfishday to give us a heads up that you’re coming, but registration is not required.
