Trout Ice Fishing Tournament!

Event Summary

This fall, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources stocked the little pond at Marr Park with 1,000 Rainbow Trout. Join us for a trout fishing tournament. You must pre-register for the event. To do so, please send us an email at wccbnaturalist2@gmail.com, direct message us on Facebook, or give us a call at 319-657-2400. Prizes will be awarded to those who catch the biggest Trout, and other species. Please note: in order to participate, you must have a valid Iowa Fishing License, and Trout Stamp. If you are under the age of 16, you do not need to purchase a fishing license. However, in order to keep your own daily limit (5), you must purchase your Trout Stamp. The event starts at 8:00 AM and will end at 12:00 PM.
