The River View Cabin is located along the main access road near the south end of the park with beautiful woodland surroundings. This rustic cabin offers a primitive escape from today's fast-paced, electronic age. River View Cabin has sleeping accommodations for up to 6 individuals, wood burning stove, couch, table, and chairs, solar charged electricity, and a fire pit with grill. The cabin is "off-grid" and powered with a solar panel. Please conserve energy and use electronic devices sparingly. Please see rules for more detailed information. To access the cabin, a code will be provided when you register to open the lock box to get keys. There is enough parking for two vehicles at the cabin. No Pets Allowed.

Reservations *Reservations may be made up to two years in advance of your arrival date. *Two night minimum for weekends (Friday & Saturday), 3 night minimum for weekends including a holiday *Camping reservations must be made at least three days in advance of arrival date.
I agree to be responsible for any damages done to WCCB property during our stay by ourselves or our guests. I agree the Board may apply an additional fee to wholly or partially satisfy any damages caused by members of said group while using the facilities. Failure to clean up the facility and surrounding area may also result in additional charges.
I further agree to accept the responsibilities stated in the "Cabin Rental Policy" and to abide by all state, county, and WCCB rules and regulations. Failure to comply with any cabin or park rules may result in fines, forfeiture of fees, and suspension of park privileges.
Maximum Occupancy: Six (6) people
Alcohol use: No kegged beer. Hard liquor is prohibited.
Smoking & pets are not allowed inside the cabin.
Key code: Renter will choose a 4 digit key code upon check out.
Please consider this policy prior to purchasing your facility reservation. Cancellations or changes must be made 15 days in advance of the reservation.
SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION, YOU WILL FORFEIT 100% OF ALL RESERVATION FEES PAID.
Cancellations cannot be done online and must be made by calling the Conservation Office at (515) 576-4258.
Please understand that at the time of booking your reservation that you immediately prohibit other people from reserving & utilizing that facility - they therefore go elsewhere to locate a facility for that date.
However, if you need to cancel you reservation you have on opportunity to reschedule within 12 months.
