Hear the story of a duckling won the hearts of school children in Moville, Iowa, and beyond, and became an inspiration for a children’s book. Author Dee Ashley, retired First Grade teacher at Woodbury Central School, will share her journey during the process of writing this endearing story and the challenges encountered while publishing a book. She will have copies of her book for sale and a book signing as well.
