Event Summary

Weather permitting, we'll practice outdoors so dress appropriately. No prior experience necessary. BYOC - Bring Your Own Chair or Cushion. Feel free to attend both sessions or just the one that works for you. (Doing both will deliver the biggest benefit of peace and clarity.) Join us for a morning of Zen meditation practice in nature. We'll sit (zazen), walk (kinhin), and do some gentle movements (qigong). Zen is the art of paying attention. This practice calms the mind and opens our awareness to all that is arising. An exquisite way to start the day.
