Event Summary

Saturday, August 27: Make some Old Fashioned (Sumac) Lemonade and Wild Edibles, 10:00 a.m., Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center. Come learn about making this all natural summertime drink.  After an ingredient collecting hike, we will come back to the nature center and make our own refreshing beverage.  Chef Paul will also help us make some delicious treats. This can get a bit messy, so be sure to dress appropriately.  Pre-registration required by calling 712-258-0838 or email jhenning@sioux-city.org.
