Discover Christianson-Taylor WMA in Northwood

Christianson-Taylor is a public hunting area of 310 acres consisting of restored wetlands and uplands, with small pockets of mixed timber. This area was partially purchased with Habitat Stamp funds.

Wetlands are small restored prairie potholes with walk in access. Uplands consist of restored praire grasses and forbs. Small (less than 1/2 ac) stands of oak timber. A great place to observe/photograph the spring bird migrations.
