Description
ACCB is seeking a full-time Conservation Director. Duties shall include serving as the chief executive officer responsible to plan, coordinate, direct, and oversee all aspects of the conservation program and department. The applicant must excel in the management of parks and wildlife areas – oversee staff, budget and purchasing, grant writing, assisting the naturalist with educational programming, and equipment operation and maintenance. A bachelor’s degree in natural resources, outdoor recreation, or a related natural science field is preferred.
The Director position will involve a non-standard work week with weekends, nights, and holiday work schedule. Position includes housing and full County benefits. Salary commensurate with qualifications.

Qualifications
Experience managing parks and wildlife areas, overseeing staff, budget, purchasing, assisting naturalist, and operating equipment. A bachelor's degree in natural resources or a related field is preferred.
