Seasonal Naturalist Position-Perry, Iowa, Dallas County Conservation Board
Position runs: Approximately 3-months
Dallas County Conservation Board is seeking an enthusiastic educator to assist with the Spring field-trip season. Programming includes teaching value-based, environmental education programs for school-aged students, 2nd through 8th grade. The majority of programs are day-long, outdoor field days; included Iowa plants, wildlife habitats a nd geology. This is a full-time, seasonal position.
Qualifications: Experience in Biology, Education, or related field is preferred. State of Iowa driver’s license. Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within the first month of work).
