Our website has reached 15 years of age, and has been undergoing a nearly $300K transformation of look & feel - as well as functionality and logic improvements! We anticipate a launch of the new site shortly following this Summit - so plan to join us so that you are "IN" on all the minutia. The last major makeover of MyCountyParks.com occurred in 2015-16. ICCS / MCP.com is pleased to invite you to share this strategic adventure with us at the 10th Annual MCP.com E-Commerce Summit!

TENTATIVE TOPICS this year include: "2023 Innovations To-Date" & Sneak Peak at the New Site / Peer Networking Luncheon/ Q.R. Code Case Studies (as available) & Specific Orientation for Any New MCP Functionalities  / “Online Reservations 101” for those contemplating online bookings for events and/or facilities.

SPECIAL PRE-CONFERENCE SESSION @ 9:30 AM - We are once again pleased to offer this informal small group session - "MCP.com E-Commerce 101" for those CCB representatives that may be interested in establishing online reservations in your county. Participants will receive & dive into the "How To" guidelines, and have the opportunity to get all their preliminary questions answered. (Please plan to arrive early for the 9:30 AM sharp start time for this session - thanks!)

THE 10th ANNUAL E-COMMERCE SUMMIT general session will start at 10:30 AM, with morning refreshments and registration available from from 9:00 - 10:30 AM. We should be concluded no later than 2:30 PM to allow time for your travels back home. A catered lunch will be served. This event is provided at NO CHARGE for all participants. Hope you can join us in early-October!
