Equestrian (horse) activities and facilities are available in numerous locations throughout Iowa's county conservation areas. Polk County is home to the Jester Park Equestrian Center - a public facility with programming for all skill levels and interests. Additionally, there are over 80 equestrian trails and 38 equestrian campgrounds within the county parks in Iowa.
