Over eight miles of trail are groomed for diagonal stride and skate skiing and snowshoeing when snow conditions are favorable.

Located off US Highway 65 just north of Mason City (3501 Lime Creek Road).

The nature center houses displays, live and mounted animals, a natural resource library, and a gift shop.
Hours
Park Hours are from 6:00 am to 10:30 pmNature Center Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (5:00 pm summer hours) and Sunday 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm (5:00 pm summer hours)
Fees
There is no charge to enter the nature center.
