Join Jackson County Conservation Naturalist Tony Vorwald and Ray Hamilton to learn about the prairies spring flowers and ecology. Hamilton’s Prairie has been managed as a biological preserve with a mixture of remnant and reconstructed high-quality prairie. Meet us by Ray’s buildings off 288th Ave Maquoketa Iowa right across the street from Codfish Hollow Barnstormers. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes!
