Two miles north of Bellevue on U.S. 52 and then 1 mile north on 396th Ave. is Spruce Creek Park. This 43-acre park lies on the banks of the Mississippi River at the mouth of Spruce Creek.
Hours
Boat ramp is open to the public from 6:00 AM - 10:30 PM.
