North Skunk River Wildlife Area is a 93 acre property purchased from Rahn Savage in December of 2013.

Location

This area is located northeast of New Sharon, Iowa on 110th approximately 3/4 mile east off Hwy 146.

Features

The area has been great for local hunters; providing rich habitat needed to sustain game.  The majority of the property is grassland; great habitat for pheasants and quail when not flooded.
