Sage Sanctuary

Sage Sanctuary is a small 20 acre woodland plot just off of Bennington Road.  The area supports a healthy stand of lowland woodland species with a small creek (Crane Creek) running through the middle of the park.  Parking is found on the northeast corner of the area.  There are no signs depicting the park entrance or park boundaries.  This small wooded area holds deer and other woodland species and is open to hunting.

The small creek running through the park provides aquatic habitat for small mammals and lowland non-game bird species.

The area is boarded on all sides by private property so be aware of park boundaries and respect the rights of landowners surrounding the sanctuary.
