Event Summary

🪄⚡ Calling All Wizards: Join Harry Potter Camp! 🧙‍♂️🧙‍♀️

The Dark Lord has risen! It’s up to you to stop him by finding and destroying all the hidden Horcruxes scattered throughout the enchanted woods of Hartman Reserve. Harry Potter fans, prepare for an epic adventure where your knowledge of the wizarding world—and your bravery—will be put to the test!✨

What’s in Store:

📜 Solve magical clues and riddles to locate the Horcruxes

🗝️ Use keys and your wits to navigate the Hartman Reserve

🌳 Explore the magical secrets hidden in the forest

🪄 Create your own wand and other magical objects to aid in your quest

🎒 What to Bring: Lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, and a bag to carry it all. 

Ages: 10-15

Cost: $100 dollars. This covers all program costs, and no walk ins will be accepted.

Program Policies: All registrations must be done online, and no walk-ins will be accepted. If you need assistance in registering for programs online, please call the nature center 319-277-2187, and we will help you. Prior to the program, registration materials and waiver must be completed for each participant and turned into the nature center. These materials can be emailed to gcallaway@blackhawkcounty.iowa.gov or sent to 657 Reserve Drive Cedar Falls, Iowa 50613.Children can be dropped off starting 10 minutes prior to the start of the program and must be picked up with 15 minutes after the end of the program. If a child needs to be dropped off/picked up earlier/later, please contact Megan at mhamm@blackhawkcounty.iowa.gov.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be given in the case of a documented medical emergency or funeral for programs more than $10. If program cost is under $10, a program voucher will be offered for a future program. If a program is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen reasons, then a similar program will be offered in its place.
