Marquis Rd. Access

Also known as the West Fork Wildlife Area. Situated in flood plain forest, the area offers hunters the opportunity to pursue white tailed deer and turkey. Currently old fields on site are being direct seeded with acorns, hickories, and oaks as part of a reforestation project. Hikers will find plenty of land to explore and bird watchers will encounter a wide variety of forest species of non-game birds. Close proximity to wetlands will provide habitat needed for wood ducks and other species of waterfowl. The West Fork of the Cedar River offers anglers the chance to fish for walleyes, northern pike and small mouth bass.

Please be aware of park boundaries and respect the rights of land owners whose property lies adjacent to the park.
