Snowshoe hike and Bird Watching

Event Summary

Meet at the Lodge by the Lake (first left after you enter the park)

Learn how to use binoculars, identify the most common feeder birds, and tips about feeding/observing birds

If there is snow, we will strap on some snowshoes and hike to the bird blind in the Wildlife Viewing Area.
If there is little or no snow, we will still hike over to the bird blind.  Participants can caravan over to the Whitetail Picnic area and walk to the blind as well.

Observe birds from inside the bird blind for about half an hour.
