Intro to Disc Golf - Breath of Fresh Air Activity

Event Summary

Part of the Breath of Fresh Air series of activities designed to get local and regional folks enjoying the outdoors in Buchanan County, Iowa. Come and learn about Disc Golf with Independence Parks and Recreation Program Coordinator Angie Kiler and then try your hand at flinging discs into the baskets at the park. This is a great outdoor family activity and one that has many locations to play nearby, including Jakway Forest Park near Aurora. Outhouse restrooms available. Social distancing encouraged, but bring a face mask for times that may not be possible.
