National Archery in the Schools Program Training

The National Archery in the Schools (NASP) course content is designed to teach archery instruction techniques to archery novices and experienced archers. The program is conducted through the Iowa DNR, and provides training to educators who will teach the kids. This training is offered at no cost to school teachers who will commit to leading two-week in-school NASP curriculum. Buchanan County Conservation provides this training for anyone interested in starting a program. BCCB has equipment to check out for the two week P.E. course through the Nature Center.
