Halloween Hike

Event Summary

Join the conservation staff for the annual Halloween Hike. We will walk the trail to learn about animals that call the park home. After the hike enjoy some spooky refreshments beside the bonfire.  This is not scary; it is an educational family event. Hikes will be held on Friday, October 26^th and Saturday, October 27^th starting at 6:30 PM and leaving every fifteen minutes until 8:15 PM.  Registration is required and space is limited. Call the conservation office at 712 -295 -7985 to register. Please register by Thursday, October 25^th at 4 PM.  The Halloween hike will be held at Buena Vista County Conservation Park in the North Shelter Area. Buena Vista County Conservation Park is located 4 miles west of Linn Grove on 440^th Street/C13.
