Event Summary

Come out to the Buena Vista County Conservation Park to learn all about bats!  Dr. Heather York, Professor at Buena Vista University will be here to share her knowledge of bats from around the world. Dr. York is doing research in the ecology of leaf -nosed bats. She will be sharing her vast knowledge and experience as well as photos from her research trips. This is a program you will not want to miss! The program will be held at the Buena Vista County Conservation Office at 7:00 PM on August 22nd.  Our address is 377 440th Street Peterson, IA 51047. Reservations are required by Thursday, August 21st at 4:00 PM.  To reserve a spot call the conservation office at 712-295-7985.
