Women in the Outdoors

Event Summary

For women 16 and older learn many different outdoor skills such as dutch over cooking, shooting, archery, canoeing, trapping, and bird watching. Lunch will be provided. There is a $5 fee to cover supplies. Women of any skill level are welcome! The day begins at 8:30 and ends around 4:30. The program will be held at Sturchler's Pit near Newell. Please contact the conservation office to register. That number is 712-295-7985.
