Chickasaw

Wendt's Woods is a 7.5 acre area and was once part of the Harley Wendt Estate. It is a small pine and hardwood timber with a stream running through it.  It provides good habitat for songbirds and woodland wildlife.

Located at the corner of 260th St and Newell Avenue, 4 miles west and one mile north of Fredericksburg.  Section 9 T94N R12W

Operating Hours & Seasons

Open your round 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily

Hunters must be aware of the 200 yard rule when hunting with firearms at this area.
