Summit Wildlife Area
- Summit Wildlife Area is approximately 132 acres of re-constructed prairie area located on the Little Sioux River.
- All Clay County property subject to Iowa laws.
Location
Summit Wildlife Area is located at 1750 275th Street, Spencer, Iowa. This is 4.5 miles west of Fostoria on B14 to 170th Ave. Turn north on 170th Ave. Proceed about 1/2 mile to 275th Street and turn back to the east. The parking lot for Summit Wildlife Area is on the north side of the road.
Features
- River bottom grassland area with wetland acres and marsh areas as well as a small tract of timber.
