Modern cabin with loft that sleeps up to 8. This cabin has a separate bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed along with a loft that has two twin beds.  Note: this was Cabin 3 prior to 2021 and changed after the addition of our 3-bedroom cabin which is now cabin 1.


Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 02:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

Location Located one mile east of Denison, Iowa, on Hwy 30, then one mile north on Yellow Smoke Road.

Fees

  • $100 per night, plus 5% excise tax = $105 per night
  • Two night minimum for Friday and Saturday
  • Three night minimum for Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends
  • Full week (7 days) is pay for 6, get the 7th night free. 
  • $100 clean up/damage deposit required
  • $50 fee for lost or damaged keys.

    Crawford County

    Since its establishment in west-central Iowa,  the Crawford County Conservation Board has acquired 1115 acres of land which have been developed into 22 individual parks, wildlife and forest areas, public hunting areas and a historical site. In addition, the Board holds six management agreements on 16.5 acres of native prairie located through out the county. For the river enthusiast, four public access areas have been developed on the Boyer River.
