Swiss Valley Campground: Campsite 42
This pull thru gravel site (~80 feet) is available with 50 amp electricity and a water hookup. Modern accessible shower/restroom facilities are located at the north end of the campground with a trailer dump station adjacent to the showerhouse.
Reservations must be made 4 days in advance of the date of reservation - for example to make a Friday reservation, you must reserve the site no later than Monday of that week.
Please read the Facility Contract for additional details and note the No Refund Policy. Swiss Valley campground offers additional electric and non-electric campsites that are available on a first come, first serve basis.

From Dubuque, IA via Hwy. 20 West: follow Hwy. 20 West 8 miles to Swiss Valley Road (County Rd.D33). Turn left (SE) on Swiss Valley Road 4 1/2 miles to Whitetop Road then left (North) on Whitetop Road 1/2 mile to Campground.
From Dubuque, IA via Hwy. 151 South: Follow Hwy. 151 South for 6 3/4 miles to Military Road (State Hwy. 963) and turn right (NE). Follow Military Road 1 mile to Swiss Valley Road (County Rd. D33). Turn left (E) on Swiss Valley Road 1 mile to Whitetop Road and turn right (N). Follow Whitetop Road 1/2 mile to Campground entrance.

Camping Rate: $30.00/per night
- Reservations may be made up to ONE YEAR in advance.
- One additional tent may be placed on site only for children under the age of 18 at no additional charge.
