Event Summary

Swiss Valley Nature Center is now offering a new series for interested adults and seniors. This program will be a presentation on a natural history topic followed by a catered lunch. February's program is going to be about nature photography by Andreas Exner . Cost per attendant is $10 for the catered meal. If not interested in the meal there is no cost associated. Please preregister at the Swiss Valley Nature Center. 

 

Bio: Andreas Exner was born in Eastern Germany and has since lived in North Dubuque since 2004. He has training as a Mechanical Engineer and works as an Equipment Consultant. His true hobbies consists of wildlife and landscape photography in the wetlands and woodlands along the Upper Mississippi River. It has always been Andreas’s hope that his photography will help create awareness about wildlife and the important of conserving their habitat. He focuses on capturing the beauty of a landscape or the personality of a critter to make sure that the future generations will have the same joyful experience when they go out into nature. Andreas will show his amazing photographs most of which from the Upper Mississippi and what he has learned about photography or the subject of the picture along the way.
